Legal/Refund

Refund

You receive the source code the moment you pay. That's why purchases are final, with clear exceptions when something is on us.

Purchases are final

Accordee is delivered as source code right after payment, and code can't be returned once it's downloaded. For that reason, we don't offer refunds once you have downloaded the code or accessed the repository. Every preview and all docs are open, so please try everything you need before you buy.

When something is on us

Write to us and we'll make it right, including a refund where it fits, if:

  • You were charged twice, or charged for the wrong plan.
  • You never received access and we can't fix it.
  • The code doesn't install, build or run as documented, and we can't fix it within your 14-day support window.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered right away, that right ends once you ask for immediate access and the download or repository access starts, which you agree to at checkout. Before that point, you can withdraw and get a full refund.

Before you dispute a payment

Please write to us first. We reply fast, and a bank dispute costs a fee and takes weeks even when it goes your way.

How to ask

Email support@louisnguyen.co with the email you used at checkout, your order number and what happened. We'll reply as soon as we can. Approved refunds are paid by Polar to your original payment method.

Note: when a refund is issued, the license ends and access to downloads and the repository is removed.
