Who is responsible

Dai Trong Nguyen, Hanoi, Vietnam, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@louisnguyen.co.

Visiting accordee.app

accordee.app has no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. The site saves one setting in your browser, your light or dark theme choice, and it never leaves your device. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

The live demo

Everything you type into the demo at demo.accordee.app, including demo accounts, profiles and messages, stays in your own browser. None of it is sent to us.

When you buy

Polar processes your payment as the merchant of record. We never see your card details. Polar shares with us what we need to fulfil your order:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your country, the plan you bought and the order details
  • Your GitHub username, if you connect it for repository access

We use this to deliver the code, give you repository access, send product updates about your purchase, answer support requests and keep records that tax and accounting rules require.

Support emails

When you write to support@louisnguyen.co, we keep the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We only use these services to run the store:

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as your license exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept for as long as they're useful to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@louisnguyen.co. Some records, like invoices, must be kept by law. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
